John Crispin a0543c2bdc lantiq: several ARV7519RW22 fixes ...

Fixes ARV7519RW22 flash register (only 1 flash).
Power LED is green, not red.
Rename message LEDs to internet.
Add LEDs configuration (lan, wan, power).
Enable switch VLANs.
Fix secondary USB.
