Robert Marko 9bd7d8b756 ipq-wifi: fix archive hash ...

It seems that ipq-wifi bump included and incorrect PKG_MIRROR_HASH value,
so fix it by using:
make package/firmware/ipq-wifi/check FIXUP=1
