Alberto Bursi 4de0a61a62 kirkwood: enable sata port multiplier ...

Marvell sata controllers in all kirkwood SoCs support
sata port multipliers, just like mvebu.
Enable this feature in the default kernel config
so it is available in normal builds.
tested and working on nsa310b
