Introduce EN7581 SoC support with currently rfb board supported. This is a new 64bit SoC from Airoha that is currently almost fully supported upstream with only the DTS missing. Subject: [PATCH v2 2/2] watchdog: Add support for Airoha EN7851 watchdog

Add support for Airoha EN7851 watchdog. This is a very basic watchdog

with no pretimeout support, max timeout is 28 seconds and it ticks based

|
on half the SoC BUS clock.
