LAN (eth0) is behind a switch and the fixed speed/duplex was
supposed to be for it, not WAN (eth1).

Makefile

Add a target (CONFIG_MAKE_CONFIG) that creates an exportable toolchain. The toolchain will zipped and saved under $(TOPDIR)/bin directory.
