Linus Walleij 7fc155fd41 gemini: Add kernel config for kernel v5.4 ...

This adds a kernel config file for the v5.4 gemini
kernel.

No major changes compared to v4.19, mainly
CONFIG_MTD_PHYSMAP_OF_GEMINI was renamed to
CONFIG_MTD_PHYSMAP_GEMINI.
