This makes the patches and the kernel configuration apply on top of kernel 5.15. The following patch was removed because the old IDE subsystem was removed from upstream kernel: target/linux/bcm47xx/patches-5.15/610-pci_ide_fix.patch This was tested successfully on a ASUS WL-500g Premium V1. Add a BCMA shim to allow us to register the brcmnand driver using the
|
|
BCMA bus which provides indirect memory mapped access to SoC registers.
|
|
|
|
There are a number of registers that need to be byte swapped because
|
|
they are natively big endian, coming directly from the NAND chip, and
|
|
there is no bus interface unlike the iProc or STB platforms that
|
|
performs the byte swapping for us.
|
