John Audia 472f5b1474 ipq806x: refresh config ...

Based on "make kernel_menuconfig CONFIG_TARGET=generic" and 5.4.49

CONFIG_LEDS_TRIGGER_DISK has been removed by the refresh and added
back manually in order to not revert f93fcf8923aa ("ipq806x: enable
disk-activity LED trigger").
