Daniel Golle 3bf5426ba0 arm-trusted-firmware-mediatek: update to 2021-03-10 ... Most prominently this adds changes which allow replacing the binary- only 'bromimage' tool by U-Boot's 'mkimage' (see previous commit). This fixes build on non-Linux and/or non-x86 platforms.
