Since 24.10.0, Linux 6.6 is used which includes a reorganisation of Octeon DWC3 glue code. https://lore.kernel.org/all/ZJC3LLpUlatnLdnv@lenoch/ As a result, Octeon devices using this, such as EdgeRouter 4 have a no longer functioning USB stack. Build kmod-usb-dwc3-octeon for Cavium Octeon targets.
