Robert Marko 6d24d10f3d ipq40xx: drop ESSEDMA + AR40xx ...

In order to start working on IPQESS + DSA drop the old ESSEDMA + AR40xx
driver combo.

Remove the kernel symbols, disable swconfig and drop swconfig package
as they are not needed anymore.
