Adrian Schmutzler d1db1f4240 ipq40xx: refresh kernel 5.4 config ... Refresh config with make kernel_oldconfig. After d1a8217d87 ("kernel: clean-up build-configurable kernel config symbols"), the routine wants to add an additional CONFIG_CGROUPS (=n), which has been removed manually again, as this seems unintended.
