Adrian Schmutzler a45953c2f2 bcm4908: refresh patches
Our patch refresh tool creates quite a big diff for these patches,
as it does not use rename syntax.

Push the refresh separately so it does not pollute the next kernel
bump. This is a purely cosmetic change.
