Mathias Kresin 6384e0d16a ramips: fix hnat dtc warning ...

The hardware NAT node has the same reg/unit as the ethernet node. One
of them need to be a child of the other.

Make the hardware NAT node a child of the ethernet node since the it
"reference" the netdev in its properties.
