Sungbo Eo b201462c89 ramips: 5.15: add disabled PINCTRL_AW9523 ... Otherwise kernel 5.15 will fail to build on subtargets except for mt7621 that has enabled the config. The disabled PINCTRL_AW9523 config disappears after a refresh, it needs to be added back manually.
