Janusz Dziedzic 2314d509e3 mac80211: add ath12k PCI support

Add upstream ath12k 802.11BE driver support.
Allow to build and use it from openwrt.

Tested on BPI-R4/BPI-R64 with:
 - Qualcomm Technologies, Inc WCN785x Wi-Fi 7(802.11be) 320MHz 2x2 [FastConnect 7800] (rev 01)
