Lorenzo Santina 1cde4395d0 hostapd: update wpa_supplicant mini config

Update the config file to the latest version.
Enabled flags are the same as before.

Removed NEED_80211_COMMON flag because it is not part
of config file, it is set by the hostapd upstream Makefile.
