Daniel Golle 000a3fef0a hostapd: update packaging and patches
Clean up conflicts/provides/depends hell and add PROVIDES for
eapol-test variants while at it.
Update mesh-DFS patchset from Peter Oh to v5 (with local fixes) which
allows to drop two revert-patches for upstream commits which previously
were necessary to un-break mesh-DFS support.

Subject: [PATCH] mesh: fix crash with CONFIG_TAXONOMY enabled
wpa_s->ifmsh needs to be allocated using hostapd_alloc_iface() instead
of a direct call to os_zalloc, otherwise the linked list for station
taxonomy items remains uninitialized, leading to a crash on the first
attempt to traverse that list
