Gabor Juhos 17ee33ebb9 tl-wr1043nd: Register missing leds. ...

This adds the folowing for the TP-Link wr1043nd board
1. USB and WLAN LEDS
2. Change QSS LED from red to green
3. Fix polarity of the System LED
