Fix packet/connection marking when using halfduplex option This fixes an bug where QoS is not applied to packets passing through POSTROUTING chain when using halfduplex option. Reload modules with parameters specified This patch makes qos-scripts reload a module when there is need to pass some parameters to it. - rewrite the RED qdisc calculations and add some comments
this should fix the warnings about bursting (should also fix quirks with various linespeed settings)
- reduce the calculated overhead for upstream, while i'm at it...
