Since swig is mentioned as build dependency and buildbots have it
installed we can safely bump version.

Based on Paul Fertser <fercerpav@gmail.com>'s guidance:
Change AUTORELEASE in rules.mk to:
```
AUTORELEASE = $(if $(DUMP),0,$(shell sed -i "s/\$$(AUTORELEASE)/$(call commitcount,1)/" $(CURDIR)/Makefile))
```
then update all affected packages by:
```
for i in $(git grep -l PKG_RELEASE:=.*AUTORELEASE | sed 's^.*/\([^/]*\)/Makefile^\1^';);
do
make package/$i/clean
done
```

Nobody ever updates PKG_RELEASE when changing devices or setup in
the various uboot-* packages. Use $(AUTORELEASE) so we still have
proper versioning there.

which corresponds to dts compatible string.

Add U-Boot for NVIDIA Tegra based boards, with the first being CompuLab
TrimSlice. This is part of initial support for this board.
