17f07040e7 kernel: prevent tunnel drivers from mangling fraglist GSO packets 
Fixes crashes on segmenting packets, mainly when dereferencing a no longer
existing fragment chain.

b5c53848c3 kernel: improve GRO performance 
For packets not belonging to a local socket, use fraglist GRO instead of
regular GRO. This make segmenting packets very cheap and avoids the need for
selectively disabling GRO
