ead26e9db6 kernel: disable DMA_{NOOP|VIRT}_OPS by default 
These options do not used by any supported arch, so disable them by
default to make arch configs a bit more clean.

f928c338ad kernel: disable ARCH_WANTS_THP_SWAP by default 
Only one arch (x86_64) enables this option. So disable
ARCH_WANTS_THP_SWAP by default and remove referencies to it from all
configs (except x86_64) to make them clean.

de79f4ab88 brcm47xx: add kernel 4.14 support 
Add patches for 4.14, drop patch 030 since it's already included
upstream.

Tested on:
1) WRT54GL (with RAM upgraded to 32 MiB)
2) WL500gPv2 (with RAM upgraded to 64 MiB)
3) BCM47186B0 SoC board
4) BCM4706 SoC board
