This updates mac80211 to version 6.1.97-1. This code is based on Linux
6.1.97 and contains all fixes included in the upstream wireless
subsystem from that kernel version. This includes many bugfixes and also
some security fixes.
The removed patches are already integrated in upstream Linux 6.1.97 or
in backports.

Synchronize the ath11k backports with the current ath-next tree.
This brings in actually setting the MU-MIMO parameters in HW and 6GHz
regulatory support along with some minor resource handling fixes.
This allows to easily backport further fixes as cherry picking them has
started requiring manual conflict resolution.
