Rui Salvaterra	505b7a2d08	kernel: move two symbols to the generic kconfigs ... CONFIG_RCU_{NEED_SEGCBLIST,STALL_COMMON} are set basically everywhere. Move them to the generic kconfigs. Chuanhong Guo	472437b93f	mediatek: mt7629: manually add missing kconfig ... These options doesn't show up unless some kernel packages are selected, so they are not covered by kernel_menuconfig.
