random_ether_addr is just a reference to eth_random_addr, that was later
dropped in more recent kernel version.
Drop random_ether_addr and use eth_random_addr directly to fix
compilation error in 6.1

The current bcma SPROM extraction from upstream only supports SPROMs with
revisions from 8 to 11.
Let's align the downstream fallback driver with upstream.

This adds generic kernel support for Broadcom Fallback SPROMs so that it can be
used in any target, even non Broadcom ones.
