b68e34c837 mt76: Change AutoLoad macro call for mt7925e and mt7925u 
There was a typo done for mt7925e and mt7925u in the KernelPackage
definitions, which caused the system to load the wrong kernel modules.

1bfcc1ea8a mac80211: update to version 6.9.9 
Brings lots of driver updates and API changes needed for mt76 updates.
Disable iwlwifi and ath11k on 5.15, since backport is too difficult,
and the only remaining targets won't need those drivers.

83311b7470 mt76: mt7996: select required kernel and hostap options 
Select DRIVER_11AX_SUPPORT and KERNEL_RELAY also for kmod-mt7996 to
prevent build failure if only this driver is selected during build and
end up with (most) required hostap features (IEEE 802.11be rates are not
yet supported).

7236d4f82b mt76: add mt7603 possible workaround for MT7603EN / MT7628AN stability 
Add debugfs entry for disabling frames buffering that may be a reason
for mt7603 instability. This patch was sent upstream for review and at
least wasn't rejected yet. Let's add it to let OpenWrt users test if it
really helps.

Example usage:
echo N > /sys/kernel/debug/ieee80211/phy0/mt76/frames_buffering

e8725a932e treewide: use APK compatible version schema 
Different from OPKG, APK uses a deterministic version schema which chips
the version into chunks and compares them individually. This enforces a
certain schema which was previously entirely flexible.

 - Releases are added at the very and end prefixed with an `r` like
`1.2.3-r3`.
- Hashes are prefixed with a `~` like `1.2.3~abc123`.
- Dates become semantic versions, like `2024.04.01`
- Extra tags are possible like `_git`, `_alpha` and more.

e3aa645b26 mt76: drop default eeprom file for mt7986-firmware 
The mt76 driver usually reads the eeprom on the mtd partition at dts.
For emmc device we need to use caldata_extract script to read the
eeprom. However, the default eeprom file breaks the caldata script
execution, so remove it.

9a07895729 mt76: add stand-alone MT7622 firmware package 
Add a separate firmware package to avoid installing the MT7615 firmware
on all MT7622 target devices by default. Now we only add MT7615 firmware
packages for devices that use MT7615E. This commit also removes the
explicit dependency on kmod-mt7615e to refine the package dependency.

fc9dd3f083 mt76: add stand-alone MT7915 firmware package 
The mt7915e driver supports MT7915, MT7916 and MT7986 chips. And Only
MT7915 series chips need the MT7915 firmware. To save storage, extract
them from the common code package and create a new package to provide
the firmware.

243a7256c1 kernel: Make use of KERNEL_MAKE 
Make use of KERNEL_MAKE in kernel packages were easily possible.
This moves some more code to common places and reduces the number of
lines.

It is defined like this:

7c63295bf4 treewide: remove DRIVER_11N_SUPPORT 
hostapd's compile time option CONFIG_IEEE80211N was removed almost 3 years
ago, 80.211n/HT is always included since then.

Noticed because `hostapd -v11n` confusingly returned an error.
