b03826d8aa kernel: bump kernel 4.4 to version 4.4.137 
The new option CONFIG_CC_OPTIMIZE_FOR_PERFORMANCE was added, in this
commit:
https://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/stable/linux-stable.git/commit/?h=linux-4.4.y&id=ffe4bf3eb3cfa10f9ef295c08c21f4fe3bb07e21
Handle it by setting it to the opposite value
CONFIG_CC_OPTIMIZE_FOR_SIZE is set to.

Tested on lantiq

157b892994 kernel: remove out of tree direct-io disable hack 
Direct-IO support has to be enabled for the release build anyway, so
this hack is not worth keeping

2d45ad07fc zynq: add new target 
Add support for Xilinx ZC702 Dev board

Zynq target is using 4.4 kernel and mainline 2016.1 u-boot.

Patch is tested with Xilinx ZC702 Dev board with SD boot mode.

known issues:
 - no QSPI driver in 4.4 kernel: no QSPI flash support
 - USB is not working in 4.4 kernel
