This adds the kmod-wwan package. This provides the generic wwan driver
core which is needed for some existing packages.
Currently the drivers/net/wwan/wwan.ko driver is compiled into the
kernel when one of the wwan module is activated, better build it as a
kernel module.

The malta target does not compile CONFIG_OF_MDIO into the kernel. On
malta the kmod-mdio-devres package depends on kmod-of-mdio.

MHI WWAN CTRL allows QCOM-based PCIe modems to expose different modem
control protocols/ports to userspace, including AT, MBIM, QMI, DIAG
and FIREHOSE. These protocols can be accessed directly from userspace

Almost all targets have the fixed-phy feature built into the kernel.
One big exception is x86. This caused a problem with the upcoming
LAN78xx usb driver. Hence this patch breaks out the fixed-phy from
of_mdio (which didn't include the .ko) and puts into a separate
module.

When the kmod-qlcnic package is built on targets that have

Without loading the igb at boot, the recovery wouldn't have
network available. All network drivers should be loaded before
etc/board.d/02_network is called. Note that other network drivers
already have this set, such as tg3.

QLCNIC_HWMON was activated when hwmon was set, but the dependency was
missing. This broke the build bot builds. Fix this by explicitly
activating HWMON support and adding a dependency.

This kmod is similar to macvlan with the difference being that the
endpoints have the same mac address.
It is useful on cloud where only one mac address allowed on port,
where macvlan not works but ipvlan would.
One use case is where multiple IPs and gateways assign on one net port

This target is still on kernel 4.14, and no attempt has been made to
update it to a newer kernel. Since we already are two LTS versions ahead
of that the target is dropped, as the chance of somebody bumping it will
only decrease with time.

By default on module load, 2 ifb interfaces are created and typically
remain unused, cluttering 'ip link' outputs and generally confusing
things. sqm-scripts for example, creates its own ifb interface/s
instead of using these 2 defaults ifbs.
Tell the ifb module to not create any default ifbs on load via the
numifbs parameter.

This change makes the names of Broadcom targets consistent by using
the common notation based on SoC/CPU ID (which is used internally
anyway), bcmXXXX instead of brcmXXXX.
This is even used for target TITLE in make menuconfig already,
only the short target name used brcm so far.
Despite, since subtargets range from bcm2708 to bcm2711, it seems
appropriate to use bcm27xx instead of bcm2708 (again, as already done
for BOARDNAME).
This also renames the packages brcm2708-userland and brcm2708-gpu-fw.

It is generally more desirable to use older kernel versions for
dependencies, as this will require less changes when newer kernels
are added (they will by default select the newer packages).
Since we currently only have two kernels (4.14 and 4.19) in master,
this patch applies this logic by converting all LINUX_4_19 symbols
to their inverted LINUX_4_14 equivalents.

New target introduces initial support for NVIDIA Tegra SoC based devices.
It focuses on Tegra 2 CPUs, for successors supporting NEON instruction
set the target should be split in two subtargets.
This initial commit doesn't create any device image, it's groundwork
for further additions.

The r8169 driver uses the phy lib with the realtek phy driver in kernel
4.19 instead of integrating the phy driver into the mac driver.

Some HP Thin clients use the broadcom nextreme chip as integrated NIC.
It is connected via PCI express and will only be found automatically if
phy-broadcom is loaded before tg3. This small change makes the thin
client usable for Freifunk with gluon out of the box.

We cannot depend on CONFIG_OF in the module definition context as this symbol
is not defined for OpenWrt menuconfig. Depend on the targets that appear to
need the kmod-of-mdio module instead.
The target dependency list may not be complete, it is based on the build
failures encountered by the build bots.

The default e1000e parameters (interrupt throttling rate, MSI/MSI-X
mode) are optimized for desktop and server computers to optimize
user-space execution (i.e. what's typically referred to as "useful"
work). This assumption breaks on a router under load where most of
the "useful" work actually takes place either in hardware interrupt
handlers (IRQ) or at software IRQ (swirq) modes, so we try to reflect
that by overriding these parameters with more appropriate values.

The firmware directory in the Linux kernel was removed in kernel 4.14,
take the e100 firmware files now from the linux-firmware repository
instead. To do so create the new package e100-firmware. This will also
work with older kernel versions.

Intel(R) 82576 is an adapter which supports SR-IOV. Thus the host can
assign Virtual Functions (VFs) to different VMs by the PCI-E Passthrough
(e.g. VFIO for KVM), to gain different advantages (performance, VF to VF
communications, host kernel offload, etc.).
The driver of the passthroughed VFs is the igbvf (igb is NOT
compatible).
This is essential for VM guests, to enable them to utilize this feature.

The igb kmods selects kmod-i2c-algo-bit which in turn is invisible until
kmod-i2c-core gets selected, causing kmod-igb to be hidden from menuconfig
as well.
Let kmod-igb select kmod-i2c-core as well in order to make it visible
in menuconfig right away.
