76fae1d169 config: limit CONFIG_DEBUG_INFO to top-level generic configs 
Remove redundant target-level entries, noting that these settings will be
configured from "Kernel build options" of Kconfig.

0b8dfe0851 realtek: Add RTL931X sub-target
