The QorIQ LX2160A reference design board provides a comprehensive platform
that enables design and evaluation of the LX2160A processor.
- Enables network intelligence with the next generation Datapath (DPPA2)
which provides differentiated offload and a rich set of IO, including
10GE, 25GE, 40GE, and PCIe Gen4
- Delivers unprecedented efficiency and new virtualized networks
- Supports designs in 5G packet processing, network function
virtualization, storage controller, white box switching, network
interface cards, and mobile edge computing
- Supports all three LX2 family members (16-core LX2160A; 12-core LX2120A;
and 8-core LX2080A)

OpenWrt lately has harmonized device (definition) names to the
pattern vendor_model to improve overall consistency, also with
other values like the DTS compatible.
This patch applies that scheme to the layerscape target.
Since this (intentionally) creates a bigger overlap between DTS names,
compatible, and device definition name, it also moves DEVICE_DTS and
SUPPORTED_DEVICES definitions to the Device/Default blocks.
Apart from that, it also modifies several packages to use consistent
naming in order to keep the $(1) file references working.
While at it, remove one layer of complexity for the setup in
tfa-layerscape package.

We do not have to define package for each board, and
consider variant's installing.
It is easier to maintain ls-mc with only one package
installing all two images as intermediate files.

Updated MC firmware to NXP LSDK1712 release. Used
MC firmware git tree on NXP github since it was
migrated here from qoriq-open-source github.

PKG_BUILD_DIR was defined with quoting PKG_VERSION in
layerscape package makefiles. Now PKG_VERSION has been
removed from these makefiles. When PKG_BUILD_DIR quotes
PKG_VERSION, '=' should be used instead ':=' to make
sure PKG_VERSION has been defined in common makefile.

The git hash was changed for multiple layerscape packages without
changing the version number. The LEDE build system will not download the
packages again if the old version is already there and so some people
and the build bots are using wrong version of some packages. Use
PKG_SOURCE_DATE instead of PKG_VERSION to generate packages with the
date and the first charterers of the git hash. This will change the file
name and make the build system download them again, also if in future
the git hash is changed the file name will change and trigger a new
download.
This should fix a problem spotted by build bot.

layerscape firmware package names collide with existing package contributions.
Ex: layerscape mc and midnight-commander(mc) are in conflict.
Firmware packages: mc, ppa, rcw and dpl are renamed to ls-mc, ls-ppa, ls-rcw
and ls-dpl respectively.
