CONFIG_DEVTMPFS_SAFE is now part of the generic configuration. Remove it
from the target configurations.

CONFIG_DEVTMPFS_SAFE and CONFIG_DM_AUDIT were not
set and had to be manually selected during build
everytime kernel was updated.
