The PKG_CPE_ID links to NIST CPE version 2.2.
Assign PKG_CPE_ID to all remaining package which have a CPE ID.
Not every package has CPE id.

When porting mwan3 from iptables to nftables I tried the new translation
tool for ipset ipset-translate. I noticed that no IPv6 ipset can be
created with the tool. I have reported the problem to the upstream
project and the following patch fixes the problem.
Until this upsream is included in a new release, this patch should be
used in Openwrt.

Update to the latest upstream version. In this version there is a new
tool with which you can convert ipsets into nftables sets. Since we are
now using nftables as default firewall, this could be a useful tool for
porting ipsets to nftables sets.

their dependencies, so that dependent packages will use the right ABI version

ipset utility was linked statically to libipset. Disable static library for dynamic linking to save space.
Add -Wl,--gc-sections,--as-needed for further reduction

Intent is to link against it, and have the option to
not install the ipset utility (if needed).
One example/use-case is keepalived (from package)
feeds, where it would be nice to just depend on a
`libipset` (sub)package.

Below you'll find a patch to add ipmark module support to ipset.
Changeset 44671 already bumped ipset to version 6.24, but it's still
compiled without ipmark support. This is a requirement for mwan3 v1.6.

Note, that licensing stuff is a nightmare: many packages does not clearly
state their licenses, and often multiple source files are simply copied
together - each with different licensing information in the file headers.
I tried hard to ensure, that the license information extracted into the OpenWRT's
makefiles fit the "spirit" of the packages, e.g. such small packages which
come without a dedicated source archive "inherites" the OpenWRT's own license
in my opinion.
However, I can not garantee that I always picked the correct information
and/or did not miss license information.
