Kernel 5.15 already supports the NanoPi R1 and NanoPi R1S H5,
and they use new LED bindings that do not match the existing
settings in 01_leds. Update led settings to fixes that.
List the led node on NanoPi R1S H5:

Note:
1. OpenWrt currently does not support LED_FUNCTION, change back to the
previous practice (Consistent with NanoPi R1).
2. Since the upstream commit https://github.com/torvalds/linux/bbc4d71
("net: phy: realtek: fix rtl8211e rx/tx delay config"), we need to
change the phy-mode from rgmii to rgmii-id.
So set phy-mode for 5.4 and 5.10 respectively.

So far, board.d files were having execute bit set and contained a
shebang. However, they are just sourced in board_detect, with an
apparantly unnecessary check for execute permission beforehand.
Replace this check by one for existance and make the board.d files
"normal" files, as would be expected in /etc anyway.
Note:
This removes an apparantly unused '#!/bin/sh /etc/rc.common' in
target/linux/bcm47xx/base-files/etc/board.d/01_network

The file lacks executable permissions, which makes it not being applied
during the first boot.
While at it, drop unneeded include.
