48ed07bc0b treewide: replace AUTORELEASE with real PKG_RELEASE
Based on Paul Fertser <fercerpav@gmail.com>'s guidance:
Change AUTORELEASE in rules.mk to:
```
AUTORELEASE = $(if $(DUMP),0,$(shell sed -i "s/\$$(AUTORELEASE)/$(call commitcount,1)/" $(CURDIR)/Makefile))
```

then update all affected packages by:
```
for i in $(git grep -l PKG_RELEASE:=.*AUTORELEASE | sed 's^.*/\([^/]*\)/Makefile^\1^';);
do
	make package/$i/clean
done
```

1c785d2567 packages: libusb: add package 'fxload' (from libusb examples)
The 'fxload' tool contained in the examples provided with libusb is
actually useful and turns out to be the only way to load firmware into
some rather ancient EZ-USB microcontrollers made by Cypress (formerly
Anchor Chips).
The original 'fxload' tool from hotplug-linux has been abandonned long
ago and requires usbfs to be mounted in /proc/bus/usb/ (like it was in
Linux 2.4...).
Hence the best option is to package the modern 'fxload' from the libusb
examples which (unsurprisingly) uses libusb and works on modern
systems.

4b37e3bc2b libusb: Fix parsing of descriptors for multi-configuration devices
Prerequisite patch:
Correct a typo in the Changelog and clean up a stray file

Fix changes in libusb which introduced a regression:
Commit e2be556bd2 ("linux_usbfs: Parse config descriptors during device
initialization") introduced a regression for devices with multiple
configurations. The logic that verifies the reported length of the
configuration descriptors failed to count the length of the
configuration descriptor itself and would truncate the actual length by
9 bytes, leading to a parsing error for subsequent descriptors.

0e70f69a35 treewide: revise library packaging
- Annotate versionless libraries (such as libubox, libuci etc.) with a fixed
  ABI_VERSION resembling the source date of the last incompatible change
- Annotate packages shipping versioned library objects with ABI_VERSION
- Stop shipping unversioned library symlinks for packages with ABI_VERSION

Switched download from SourceForge to GitHub. It seems the author migrated to that.

Also fixed the website URL as the SourceForge link is dead.

Compile tested on ar71xx and mvebu. Small size decrease on ar71xx: 30444 vs. 30099 bytes.

c10d97484a Add more license tags with SPDX identifiers
Note, that licensing stuff is a nightmare: many packages does not clearly
state their licenses, and often multiple source files are simply copied
together - each with different licensing information in the file headers.

I tried hard to ensure, that the license information extracted into the OpenWRT's
makefiles fit the "spirit" of the packages, e.g. such small packages which
come without a dedicated source archive "inherites" the OpenWRT's own license
in my opinion.

However, I can not garantee that I always picked the correct information
and/or did not miss license information.
