111b183ca9 at91: Add CONFIG_NVMEM_MICROCHIP_OTPC kernel configuration option 
The kernel configuration option is now available on kernel 5.10 and
5.15, add it to the config for 5.15 too.

eb758a8fec at91: kernel v5.15: copy config and patches from 5.10 
Copy kernel config and patches from 5.10. Along with it
individual targets' config-default from 5.10 has been moved to
config-5.10.
