6b16eaf840 wifi-scripts: add missing dependency on ucode-mod-uci 
Fixes the following error:

Syntax error: Unable to resolve path for module 'uci'
In line 3, byte 27:

 `import * as uci from 'uci';`
  Near here ----------------^
