ACPI support is required for Arm 'SystemReady' server and workstation
systems (and as an option on embedded platforms).
These config changes allow OpenWrt to boot in a QEMU virtual machine
with a UEFI/EDKII 'BIOS', but with no other hardware enabled yet.
