d650ca9247 mac80211: enable ATH9K_HWRNG
in kernel 5.17, fcd09c90c3c5254b18ef34e30c57c65d34290a84 integrated it
better with thee random framework.

Gives boot time randomness on supported devices.

35f28f2838 mac80211: add ath11k AHB support
This is the follow up to the PCI support commit now providing support for
AHB variant as well, though currently only for ipq807x as that is only
OpenWrt supported SoC ath11k supports as well.

Currently, we are disabling coldboot calibration on ipq807x as it does not
work, there is a remoteproc bug that makes it come late out of reset so
disable coldboot until that is fixed.

Also, as ath11k is quite memory hungry, we are introducing a config option
to use the limits for 512MB of RAM, similar to what QCA does downstream but
in way simpler and cleaner way so that 512MB save some RAM.
512MB profile is also set as the default for now.

mac80211: add ath11k PCI support
ath11k is the upstream driver for Qualcomm 802.11ax radios, both for the
internal AHB and PCI based cards.
This commit does however only provide PCI support while AHB will follow
but its SoC specific so it will require an OpenWrt target first.

It differs a bit from ath10k as it requires stuff like QRTR, MHI and QMI
helpers.

PCI variant requires qrtr-mhi and mhi-bus which backports do provide,
however we are dropping those in a patch as they will conflict with
support for the AHB variant as that one requires qrtr-smd which in turn
requires RPMSG and GLINK and its not feasable to provide those in
backports as they are really SoC specific.

QRTR and MHI in kernel 5.10 are not usable and backporting the changes
is not easy as they have changed drastically from 5.10 to 5.15 ath11k will
only be available on targets that use kernel 5.15.

7c63295bf4 treewide: remove DRIVER_11N_SUPPORT
hostapd's compile time option CONFIG_IEEE80211N was removed almost 3 years
ago, 80.211n/HT is always included since then.

Noticed because `hostapd -v11n` confusingly returned an error.

40c2cd8bd0 ath10k: enable encapsulation offload by default
Enable ath10k offload by default. This improves wireless performance
without requiring user configuration.
This adds ath10k_core to the AUTOLOAD section so that the frame_mode
paramter can be added to /etc/modules.d and passed to the driver.
The frame_mode 2 enables ethernet mode on the firmware/driver.
This parameter is set by passing a different value to the frame_mode
value on kmod insmod.

694757a08f kernel: ath10k: provide a build variant for small RAM devices
Based on: 1ac627024d ("kernel: ath10k-ct: provide a build variant for
small RAM devices")

Like described in the ath10k-ct-smallbuffers version, oom-killer gets
triggered frequently by devices with small RAM.

That change is necessary for many community mesh networks which use
ath10k based devices with too little RAM. The -ct driver has been
proven unstable if used with 11s meshing and only wave2 chipsets are
supporting 11s. Freifunk Berlin is nowadays assembling its
firmware-based completely of vanilla OpenWRT with some package additions
which are made through the imagebuilder. Therefore we cannot take the
approach other freifunk communities have taken to maintain that patch
downstream [1]. Other communities consider these devices as broken and
that change would pretty much give those devices a second life [2].

b054009854 mac80211: fix ATH_REG_DYNAMIC_USER_REG_HINTS
ATH_REG_DYNAMIC_USER_REG_HINTS is currently not being set as mac80211
tries to set it as m which is not possible as its boolean only.

Since its used alongside user regulatory, move it to USER_REGD.

This is required for ath11k to accept regulatory changes, otherwise
it wont accept any changes and will simply force US.

6442b8cbc2 mac80211: Add wil6210 driver
This patch adds wil6210 driver for Wilocity/QCA based 802.11ad
PCI cards.

Driver uses cfg80211 and nl80211 but not mac80211.
Integration for UCI and LuCI will come in other patches.

1a9b896d8b treewide: nuke DRIVER_11W_SUPPORT
As of hostapd upstream commit 7d2ed8ba "Remove CONFIG_IEEE80211W build parameter"
https://w1.fi/cgit/hostap/commit?id=7d2ed8bae86a31dd2df45c24b3f7281d55315482
802.11w feature is always enabled in the build time.

It doesn't make sense to opt-in 802.11w per driver as hostapd will always
be compiled with this feature enabled.

As suggested by Hauke Mehrtens, for now keep 11w enabled in build_features.h
for compatibility reasons. This option will be dropped when LuCI is adjusted.

ed2491ba67 mac80211: ath9k: enable OEM cards support on x86
A lot of devices running OpenWrt x86 arch (32 or 64 bit) are either
"home-made routers" or devices that use PC class OEM components.

This commit enables OEM cards support on those devices by default.

081e944be6 ath25: add back target support
Discussion on the mailing list reveals that this target has active
users. As we are finally able to upgrade this target to kernel 5.4,
add it back to master.

This reverts commit 7d29a55714 ("ath25: drop target") and
immediately moves the relevant files to 5.4, without touching
the content.

7d29a55714 ath25: drop target
This target still only works with kernel 4.14, and not so recent
attempts of getting newer kernel versions supported did not lead
to success. Therefore, drop the target, as we are already two
LTS kernel versions ahead and it does not seem like anybody will
pick up the work.

82a741c774 mac80211: switch to upstream owl-loader driver
The Owl Loader (named after the codename that Atheros gave
these devices back in the day) has been accepted upstream.

This patch removes the "misc" driver OpenWrt had and adds
the remaining differences against the version that ships
with 5.4-rc1 into a separate "120-owl-loader-compat.patch"
file that can be cut down once AR71XX is being dealt with.

Note: I decided to keep the existing (kmod-)owl-loader
package name around for now. The kernel module file in
the kmod package will be called ath9k_pci_owl_loader.ko
though.

74739c4228 treewide: fix syntax errors exposed after kconfig update
After commit e82a4d9cfb ("config: regenerate *_shipped sources") the mconf
parser became more strict as a side effect and started to spew a series of
warnings when evaluating our generated kconfig sources:

  tmp/.config-package.in:705:warning: ignoring unsupported character '@'

The root cause of these warnings is a wrong use of the @SYMBOL dependency
syntax in various Makefile. Fix the corresponding Makefiles by turning
`@SYM||@SYM2` expressions into the proper `@(SYM||SYM2)` form.
