Like in the previous patches for ath79 and ramips, this will remove
the "devicename" from LED labels in ipq806x.
The devicename is removed in DTS files and 01_leds, and a migration
script is added.

Add support for the Netgear Nighthawk X4 R7500 and build
appropariate sysupgrade and factory images.
Known issues:
* 5 GHz wifi not working - there is no quantenna driver
* One of the USB ports is not working

DB149 is a IPQ8064 based platform. This patch adds the init scripts to
detect it, configure the network accordingly, and generate a flashable
image for it.
