Enabling this causes slow iwinfo calls on Raspberry Pi and LuCI slows down
when wireless is enabled.

That was a workaround for OpenWrt generation of config files. This patch
was used to postpone returning from probe function until loading
firmware and calling register_wiphy().
All of that is not needed anymore thanks to the ieee80211 hotplug.d
script introduced in the commit 5f8f8a3661 ("base-files, mac80211,
broadcom-wl: wifi detection and configuration"). That takes care of
generating /etc/config/wireless entries even if wireless device appears
late in the booting process.

If CPTCFG_BRCMFMAC_SDIO is not used brcmf_of_fwnames is defined but not
used in the case of CONFIG_OF not compiled.
Restrict brcmf_of_fwnames only with CPTCFG_BRCMFMAC_SDIO selected.

The MAC can be stored in OTP memory or in flash memory, currently the
driver could read it only from OTP. Backport the patch allowing setting
the MAC address from flash. Some modules have the OTP programmed but
the ODM/OEM decided to overwrite it with value stored in flash.

5.10.42, the asynchronous call was covered to a synchronous call. There
is no need to wait any more.

The rtw88 driver is now split into multiple kernel modules, just put it
all into one OpenWrt kernel package.
rtl8812au-ct was patched to compile against the mac80211 from kernel
5.8, but not runtime tested.
Add a patch which fixes ath10k on IPQ40XX, this patch was send upstream
and fixes a crash when loading ath10k on this SoC.

This updates mac80211 to version 5.2-rc7, this contains all the changes
to the wireless subsystem up to Linux 5.2-rc7.
* The removed patches are applied upstream
* b43 now uses kmod-lib-cordic
* Update the nl80211.h file in iw to match backports version.
* Remove the two backports from kernel 4.9, they were needed for mt76,
but that can use the version from backports now, otherwise they
collide and cause compile errors.
