- fix Kernel dts subdir location
- enable virtio networking
we are using -M virt which supports virtio devices

SCHED_AUTOGROUP was turned on by default which forces the use of
CGROUPS, conflicting with the options we offer from menuconfig, remove
that.

in generic config, so we don't need this symbol in platform specific
configurations.

README file.
