The default location of fman-ucode has been changed from
codeuaurora to github. Also use the latest tag for Layerscape
Linux Development POC from NXP.

The change of the PKG_VERSION caused the hash of the package to
change. This is because the PKG_VERSION is present in the
internal directory structure of the archive.

Just update PKG_VERSION/PKG_MIRROR_HASH since fman-ucode
of LSDK-21.08 had no changes.
Switched to AUTORELEASE for simplicity.

This marks all packages which depend on a target with @TARGET nonshared.
If they are not marked nonshared they would be build by the SDK build
and if this happens with a different SDK, then the SDK from the target
the package depends on, the package would not be added to the index.
This should fix the image builder for some of these packages.

OpenWrt lately has harmonized device (definition) names to the
pattern vendor_model to improve overall consistency, also with
other values like the DTS compatible.
This patch applies that scheme to the layerscape target.
Since this (intentionally) creates a bigger overlap between DTS names,
compatible, and device definition name, it also moves DEVICE_DTS and
SUPPORTED_DEVICES definitions to the Device/Default blocks.
Apart from that, it also modifies several packages to use consistent
naming in order to keep the $(1) file references working.
While at it, remove one layer of complexity for the setup in
tfa-layerscape package.

We do not have to define package for each board, and
consider variant's installing.
It is easier to maintain fman-ucode with only one package
installing all two binaries as intermediate files.

Actually there was no change for fman-ucode in LSDK-18.06
just tagged with LSDK-18.06. This patch is to rework the
fman-ucode makefile to make it more readable, and to use
lsdk-1806 as the PKG_VERSION.

fman-ucode had been migrated from qoriq-open-source
github to NXP github. So the Makefile should be fixed
accordingly.

The git hash was changed for multiple layerscape packages without
changing the version number. The LEDE build system will not download the
packages again if the old version is already there and so some people
and the build bots are using wrong version of some packages. Use
PKG_SOURCE_DATE instead of PKG_VERSION to generate packages with the
date and the first charterers of the git hash. This will change the file
name and make the build system download them again, also if in future
the git hash is changed the file name will change and trigger a new
download.
This should fix a problem spotted by build bot.
