Note that only v2 SOC models aka the ones ending with A suffix are
supported, v1 models do not comply to the final 802.11ax and have
lower clocks, lack the Gen3 PCIe etc.
SoC itself has two UBI32 cores for the NSS offloading system, however
currently no offloading is supported.

The target is in an incomplete state and will not receive Kernel 5.10
support, ego it should be dropped before the next release.
People are working on ipq807x with Kernel 5.15 which is only relevant
for the second next release. Once a working patchset exists the target
can be added again.

There is no such role as target maintainer anymore, one should always
send corresponding changes for the review and anyone from the commiters
is allowed to merge them or eventually use the hand break and NACK them.
Lets make it clear, that it is solely a community doing the maintenance
tasks.
