Switch to kernel 5.15 although it is marked as source only. It is marked
as source only because nobody was able to test this device.
Merging this is important to finally branch a new release. We want to
get rid completely of 5.10 kernel. Without this commit we get following
error: "Missing kernel version/hash file for 5.10." Hopfully someone
will fix the board in the rc phase or it will be removed completly.

Use "make kernel_oldconfig" to refresh the new kernel config.
The Ubiquiti Nanostation 2 (XS2) and Ubiquiti Nanostation 5 (XS5) should
be marked as broken when switching to 5.15 by default. The new kernel
does not fit anymore into the partition.

ath25 seems to be a target with low number of users according to download
statistics, most of which are for older releases anyway.
Users that we managed to find are currently building images downstream as
due to low amount of RAM (32MB) default config will not work.
Target also suffers from inability for the 5.15 kernel bump to be tested
which is a requirment for the next release.
So, for those reasons, lets mark it as source-only so that Buildbots dont
use the resources for building the images for this target anymore.

Copy and refresh patches and config from 5.4 to 5.10. Most patches
require no more then automatic refresh. The only exception is the
Ethernet driver patch, which requires some more work:
* drop eth_change_mtu() usage since it was removed from the kernel,
it anyway useless for drivers that utilizes alloc_etherdev();
* add the txqueue number argument to the .ndo_tx_timeout callback
function;
* replace ioremap_nocache() which was finally removed from the kernel by
the ioremap() with the same behaviour.
Switch target to the new kernel version.

Discussion on the mailing list reveals that this target has active
users. As we are finally able to upgrade this target to kernel 5.4,
add it back to master.
This reverts commit 7d29a55714 ("ath25: drop target") and
immediately moves the relevant files to 5.4, without touching
the content.

This target still only works with kernel 4.14, and not so recent
attempts of getting newer kernel versions supported did not lead
to success. Therefore, drop the target, as we are already two
LTS kernel versions ahead and it does not seem like anybody will
pick up the work.

In order to support SAE/WPA3-Personal in default images. Replace almost
all occurencies of wpad-basic and wpad-mini with wpad-basic-wolfssl for
consistency. Keep out ar71xx from the list as it won't be in the next
release and would only make backports harder.

There is no such role as target maintainer anymore, one should always
send corresponding changes for the review and anyone from the commiters
is allowed to merge them or eventually use the hand break and NACK them.
Lets make it clear, that it is solely a community doing the maintenance
tasks.

* changed deprecated/removed IRQF_DISABLED to zero following examples in upstream kernel patches
* added config line to disable device-tree to satisfy kernel configuration
* add new image generation code
