9c0f94e955 ltq-vdsl-app: disconnect when service is stopped 
Stop the connection when the control daemon is terminated. The code is
a modified version of the termination routine in version 4.23.1 of the
daemon (which doesn't support VR9 modems anymore).

This could also be implemented by calling the acos and acs commands via
dsl_cpe_pipe.sh in the init script. However, doing it in the daemon
itself has the advantage of also working if it is terminated in another
way (for example during sysupgrade).

5ee1e04517 ltq-vdsl: move to the default device name /dev/dsl_cpe_api/0 
This makes patching it for ltq-vdsl-app unnecessary and paves the way
for VRX518 support.

5372205ca9 ltq-vdsl-app: add ubus support to get metrics 
Add a 'dsl' ubus object with a 'metrics' function to replace the
expensive shell parsing done by /etc/init.d/dsl_control [dsl|luci]stat.

All metrics are gathered by using syscalls. An additional thread is started
to handle ubus events.

4ba6fad7f7 ltq-vdsl-app: shutdown upon sigterm 
procd sends sigterm to stop daemons, hook it up.

This speeds up the shutdown sequence and gets rid of the following message:
daemon.info procd: Instance dsl_control::instance1 pid 15408 not stopped on SIGTERM, sending SIGKILL instead

11f2007895 lantiq: ltq-vdsl-app: update to version 4.16.6.3 
In this upstream dsl driver app version the autoboot is deactivated activate
it again.
In addition to the update this also fixes some build warnings and makes it
use the same configure option as used in Lantiq UGW.

2c1d56af50 lantiq: Update to the latest DSL driver / application versions 
Thanks to Sylwester Petela for testing my patch (successfully on an
ADSL connection) and for pointing out some configuration mistakes.
Others (including me) have also successfully tested this extensively
on VDSL connections.
