1afd0fefd2 ltq-[a|v]dsl-app: provide ltq-dsl-app 
This makes it easier for packages to depend on any
lantiq/intel/maxlinear compatible dsl daemon.

33e2115fe4 ltq-vdsl-app: rename to ltq-vdsl-vr9-app 
This matches the scheme used by other target packages and will avoid
confusion with any future version.
