Subject: Fix MAX_UNAUTH_CLIENTS regression

Since re-exec change in 2022.82 Dropbear count

treat authenticated sessions towards the unauthenticated

||||||
|
session limit. This is fixed by passing the childpipe FD

||||||
|
through to the re-execed process.
