kernel: modules: fix kmod-drm dependency for 5.15

Fixes following issue:

 Package kmod-drm is missing dependencies for the following libraries:
 fb.ko

Introduced upstream in commit f611b1e7624c ("drm: Avoid circular
dependencies for CONFIG_FB") in 5.14.
