ipq40xx: 5.10: refresh patches to apply

Browse Source 
Refresh the kernel patches on top of 5.10 so they apply.
Manually fixup the 705-net-add-qualcomm-ar40xx-phy.patch
to apply.

When using sdhci_msm_set_clock clock setting will fail, so lets
use the generic sdhci_set_clock.
